WHAT IS AN APOSTILLE?
An official certification of the authenticity of a signature on a document or translation.

For apostilles on original documents issued in Belgium, municipalities, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and notaries are authorised.

For apostilles on translations issued in Belgium, translators are authorised.

For apostilles on original documents from another country, you should apply to the relevant service in the country concerned.
ARE YOUR TRANSLATIONS OFFICIALLY VALID?
Yes, all of our translations are officialy valid.
IS AN APOSTILLE COMPULSORY?
An apostille may be compulsory for official applications.

Please contact the institution you will apply to for information on the subject.
WHAT IS A CONSULAR  CERTIFICATION?
A certification ensuring that a translation made in Belgium can be used as an official document in Türkiye.

For all translations legalised by the consulate, you can request a copy equivalent to the original at any notary in Türkiye. 

This eliminates the need to send the translation to Türkiye by post.
WHAT IS AN ONLINE TRANSLATION?
Translations made for use in Belgium are requested as digital pdf files with certified signatures by official institutions.

In this context, you can send us your documents to be translated digitally, and you should also send them to the official institutions digitally after they have been translated.
